Nurulnadiah Muhammad is an experienced trainer and consultant in the field of food safety and quality
management system, specializing in Food Safety Certification System (ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP and MESTI),
HALAL Food, Food Handler Programme and Laboratory Management System (ISO 17025). Having worked in
food manufacturing industry (MNC) in Quality Assurance and Quality Control Department, she brings with her
all the knowledge, skill and experience during her period in the industry into her current field which is training
and consulting. Her last position in MNC Company is as Senior Executive Level.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Food Science and Technology from University Putra Malaysia. She started her
career in June 2009 in food industry in MNC Food Company as Quality Control Executive and in 2011, she had
been offered by another MNC Food Company as Quality Assurance Executive and had been promoted to
Senior Executive prior being involve in consultation field. During these periods, she has been actively involved
in food safety and quality management system through ISO 22000, HACCP and GMP system. Being Internal
Auditor for Food Safety System in her previous MNC industry had assisted her in current consultation. Also
experience as Halal Executives in her first MNC Company and Halal Team Leader in her second MNC company;
she had been actively involved in Halal certification process from JAKIM as well as internal auditing. Her
practical experiences assist her in consulting entrepreneur to obtain Halal Certification.
Nurulnadiah is a Certified Auditor under ACB-HACCP Scheme and CQI & IRCA Certified FSSC 22000 Lead
Auditor for Food Safety Management Systems based on ISO22000:2005 & ISO/TS22002-1:2009. She is also a
Certified Trainer with recognition from Ministry of Health, Malaysia to conduct Food Handler Programme for
all food handlers within Malaysia. Besides, she also a Certified Trainer with recognition from HRDF (Human
Resource and Development Fund) from Malaysian government through Train the Trainer programmes. In Halal
field, she had been certified by JAKIM Halal Professional Board as Professional Halal Executive through PHTP
programme in IHRAM. Since earlier 2017, she pursued her career in training and consultancy in various
consultation fields which includes HALAL Management System and Food Safety Management System (ISO
22000, HACCP, GMP and MESTI).
